Shipping Information
We offer worldwide delivery to bring our fine jewelry straight to your doorstep — no matter where you are.
Processing Time:
All orders are carefully packed and typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Depending on your location, orders usually arrive within 5–14 business days from the shipping date.
Order Tracking:
Once your jewelry ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.
Note:
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- International deliveries may experience customs delays or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window:
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:
- Jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (including any box, certificate of authenticity, or branded materials).
- A receipt or order number is required to process the return.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized, engraved, or custom-designed pieces
- Items damaged due to improper use or neglect

Exchanges
Wish to exchange your item? No problem!
Contact us to reserve your new piece and we’ll help with the return and shipping arrangements.
Price Difference:
If the replacement item costs more or less than the original, we’ll adjust the payment accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Note:
In some cases, a handling fee or deduction for shipping costs may apply. We’ll always notify you beforehand.
Canceling an Order
Need to cancel?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Full Refunds will be issued minus payment processing fees (if any), and processed within 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund as needed.
