All returns and exchanges are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy. Custom or engraved jewelry may not be eligible for return or refund. Unless stated otherwise in the policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Lifetime Warranty on all lab-grown diamonds purchased through Jewelry Plant, covering authenticity and structural integrity.
• 12-month warranty on jewelry settings and mountings against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or misuse.

9. User Content & Reviews

• Customers may post reviews and comments on products.
• By submitting content, you grant Jewelry Plant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing.
• We may remove any content that is offensive, misleading, illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate (including spam or promotional content).
